Strategic Overview:
Mission Alignment: Throughout 2025 and into early 2026, we sharpened our focus by ensuring every project aligns with our three core mission pillars: Protecting Habitat, Reducing Pollution, and Promoting Sustainable Fisheries.
Organizational Growth: We have prioritized strengthening project development and improving how we communicate our work to funders, partners, and stakeholders.
Breadth of Impact: We continue to demonstrate that small organizations can have significant influence as our work continues to grow across fisheries policy, marine pollution reduction, habitat protection, and climate resilience.
